Prenatal Classes

A low-impact, strength-based class designed for every stage of pregnancy. Focused on posture, core connection, pelvic floor function, and total-body strength, this class helps ease common discomforts while preparing your body for labor, delivery, and recovery. Led by a pelvic health physical therapist with pregnancy-safe modifications throughout.

Postpartum Group Classes

A supportive, low-pressure class designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth. We focus on gentle core and pelvic floor retraining, rebuilding strength, improving posture, and easing common aches in the back, hips, and shoulders. Movements are thoughtfully layered to meet you where you are—whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum.
