Our Class Offerings
Whether you are new to Pilates or returning to movement after pregnancy, Steady offers pelvic floor focused classes designed to help you feel supported, capable, and confident in your body. Start where you are and we will guide the rest.
Classes
Reformer Pilates Classes
A full body Pilates class using the reformer to build strength, stability, and control. Classes focus on deep core and pelvic floor engagement through low impact, intentional sequences. Expect clear instruction, personalized guidance, and options to support your body throughout class.
Prenatal Classes
A low-impact, strength-based class designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. With a focus on posture, deep core connection, pelvic floor function, and total-body strength, this class helps reduce common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, pelvic pressure, and hip tightness—while preparing your body for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Every session is taught by a pelvic health physical therapist and includes pregnancy-safe modifications based on trimester and symptoms.
Postpartum Group Classes
A supportive, low-pressure class designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth. We focus on gentle core and pelvic floor retraining, rebuilding strength, improving posture, and easing common aches in the back, hips, and shoulders. Movements are thoughtfully layered to meet you where you are—whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum.
Mat Pilates Classes
A low impact, full body class that uses body weight and minimal props to build strength, coordination, and body awareness. Mat classes emphasize controlled movement, breath, and pelvic floor integration, making them accessible and effective for all levels.
