Hannah Jones, DPT, PT
Hannah — a pelvic floor physical therapist, Pilates instructor, and the owner of Steady Studio.
I specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation and completed advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. I’m also Pilates certified through Balanced Body, which allows me to blend evidence-based physical therapy with intentional movement.
At Steady Studio, my goal is to help people feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies — whether they are navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or simply wanting to move and feel better.
Jodi Cohen
Jodi fell in love with Pilates over a decade ago, drawn to the mind-body connection it provided. In 2023 she turned her passion into her full time career and completed her Comprehensive Certification through Balanced Body. Her goal is to help every client feel empowered —whether that’s through building strength and improving mobility, or simply carving out time for themselves.
Jodi is especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum. Pilates was both a mental and physical outlet for Jodi during her own pregnancy, and she credits her smooth experience to her investment in movement.
Jodi’s teaching style is kind, motivating, challenging and meant to make clients feel strong in mind and body.
