Plan your visit

Parking is available in the back of the building, where you will find the exterior staircase to enter. If you have questions about where to park, feel free to reach out before your visit.

Please arrive a few minutes early, especially if it is your first visit. This gives you time to get settled and ask any questions. Classes begin on time so we recommend planning a little extra buffer.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move easily. Grip socks are recommended if you have them. We provide equipment needed for class, so you can arrive ready to move.

Noncrawling babies are welcome in classes, we have a designated baby session.

If this is your first class, know that you are welcome here. Instruction is guided throughout class, and modifications are always offered. If you are pregnant, postpartum, or managing pain or instability, you are encouraged to move at your own pace and ask questions anytime.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations (cancelling on the day of your class) will result in loss of the full class price or class credit.

• No-shows will also result in loss of the full class price or class credit.
